HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We process our orders according to shipment date to ensure the freshest product possible.

You tell us when you'd like to receive your order in the Checkout Page.

If you order several weeks or months before you want it delivered, it won't arrive too soon and will be very fresh.

Fortune Cookies - Quantity of 1 to 50 takes 1-2 Business Days, plus Shipping transporting time.

Fortune Cookies - Quantity 5 to 99 takes 3-4 Business Days, plus Shipping transportind time.

Fortune Cookies - Quantity 100 to 150 takes 6-8 Business Days, plus Shipping transporting time.

Fortune Cookies - Quantity 151 or over takes 10-12 Business Days, plus Shipping transporting time.

Candy Bars, CD's, Mints, Truffles and Sports Balls all take 10-12 Business Days, plus Shipping transporting time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME OF MY ORDER IS BROKEN?

We RARLEY have any broken items because we package everything with lots of cushioning.

But occasionally, our shippers get a little rough and things do get broken (only once or twice per year).

When this happens, we get reimbursed by our shipper and we redo your order.

If there is not enough time to get the redo's to you, we will reimburse you for the broken items only.

 

WHAT THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS, WILL THE CHOCOLATE MELT?

Absolutely NOT!

In warmer weather, we ship our chocolate in insulated containers with ice packs.

We check the weather for each and every shipping destination to determine how many ice packs are needed.

 

DOES MY CHOCOLATE NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?

NO, just keep them at room temperture, or in air conditioned room  if it is hot outside.

Refrigerating Chocolate doesn't hurt the taste, but it can put white streaks on the chocolate which looks bad.

You can refreeze the ice packs that come with your order and reuse them to transport your Chocolate to your occasion.

 

WHY DO CHOCOLATE DIPPED COOKIES COST SO MUCH?

Each Fortune Cookie is dipped in Chocolate and Decorated one at a time BY HAND.

This is VERY Labor Intesive and takes a long time to do...our people are paid by the hour and it take several to do this!

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

NONE!  All of our items are Personalized, therefore we cannot resell them upon return.

If you are not satisified with your product, give us a call and we will work to remedy the situation.
